The Hour of Code! #2

Start learning to code at the Library's Hour of Code.

  • Monday, December 9, two sessions
  • 2nd - 5th graders, 5:30 to 6:30 pm
  • 6th - 10th graders, 6:30 to 7:30 pm
  • Join the global learning event, The Hour of Code!
  • This is a one-hour coding challenge to give youth a fun introduction to computer science. Every child should have the opportunity to learn how to create technology and computer science concepts help nurture creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Participants will get to experience one of the many Hour of Code activities where they can create computer games and programs.
  • This event will be led by a Librarian who specializes in technology.
  • Held in the Computer Lab.
  • Registration is required, is limited to 20 participants per session, and will open here on Monday, November 4 at 10 am. No email address? Call (303) 651-8477 to register.
