ThriftU: Spring Semester

Let the library show you how to turn your thrift store finds into personalized treasures.
  • Master the art of thrift store upcycling with your ThriftU degree! Earn your degree in as little as two hours with the Longmont Library ThriftU program.
  • Classes are free so no financial aid is needed and there are no pesky loans to repay. Get your education started today. :-)
  • For ages 16 and older.
  • Class size is limited to 25 people.
  • Decreasing household waste is an important strategy of the City’s Sustainability Plan, thank you for helping us achieve our goals of reducing waste through reusing and recycling. Visit the Sustainability Program’s webpage to learn more about the City’s sustainability goals and strategies.
  • At this first class of the spring semester we will transform the humble clipboard into an standing organizational marvel. Clipboards and stands will be provided.
  • Additional dates will be added on Wednesdays in March and May -- watch this space!
