Meeting Room Capacity

Meeting Rooms, the Maximum Occupancy is 31 on the West side (Sunflower Meeting Room) and 27 on the East (Whiteoak Meeting Room). In a practical layout for each side, figure 14 on the West side and 10 on the east side if seated around one large conference table. Assume ~50-55 if there are just chairs with the operable partition open, 7 rows of 7 plus a long table and a few chairs at one end (like for a Community Meeting).
In the Exercise Studio (Beehive meeting room), the Maximum Occupancy is 27, which might be a bit tight for an Aerobics class. The room is ~1300SF, so that is ~50SF per person. If each person needed 100SF to move around, then that number would be closer to 15 (3 rows of 5, plus an instructor at the front).
