Celebrate Black History Month with a Special Storytime at the Library

Monthly Diversity Storytime features African-American authors and illustrators

Post Date:02/14/2019 11:45 AM

The library is featuring a special storytime to honor Black History Month.

The Longmont Public Library is honoring Black History Month with a special Diversity Storytime devoted to African-American authors and illustrators.  Head to the Library on Thursday, February 21, from 7 to 7:30 pm to hear traditional favorites and new classics, too.  This program is for families with children of all ages and does not require registration.  It will replace the Bedtime Storytime usually featured at that time.

The Friends of the Longmont Library generously support library programs and services.
