City of Longmont Policy on Non-Discrimination on the Basis of Disability

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is the policy of the City of Longmont to offer programs, services and meetings that are readily accessible to everyone including individuals with disabilities. City of Longmont General ADA Policy Statement

The City of Longmont does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admissions or access to its programs or activities. An ADA coordinator has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in the Department of     Justice regulations implementing Subtitle A of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C 12131), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public agencies.
