Local Purchasing Preference Policy awards extra preference for small and/or local business. Advance Longmont targeted economic development strategic plan with Longmont Economic Development Partnership to direct and support local business.

Longmont Sustainable Business Program

 The City of Longmont’s first Sustainable Business Program is on track to officially launch in late 2019, and you can be part of it. The purpose of the program is to support and recognize businesses in the community making substantial efforts to reduce their environmental impact, act socially responsible, and contribute to the economic vitality of the Longmont. Participation is free. Businesses will receive cost-saving Participation is free. Businesses will receive cost-saving resources, community recognition, and one on one support.
