Proposal: Request from City staff to remove a civic land donation obligation that was required in the 1999 Peppler Neighborhood Rezoning Concept Plan.

Proposal: Annexation review for a 17.44 acre parcel located south of the Mill Village neighborhood. The annexation is requested so that this property can be used to make a sanitary sewer connection and provide a detention pond needed for an adjacent residential development to the northwest (Sugarmill Paired Homes). No development is proposed with this annexation. It is proposed to be zoned AG and will remain as open space.

Location: South of River Bend at Mill Village Condos (south of Great Western Drive), north of St. Vrain Creek, east of 3rd Ave., and west of County Line Road.

Proposal: Preliminary subdivision plat application to subdivide a 17.43-acre parcel in the Mill Village neighborhood into 112 separate lots for the purpose of developing 56 paired home buildings. There will be 1.6 acres of common open space landscaped outlots throughout the subdivision, including pocket parks distributed throughout the site. A detention pond outlot will be provided on a separate outparcel property located southeast of the site.

Location: The property is located south of Great Western Drive and west of 3rd Avenue.
