Housing & Community InvestmentHousing assistance programs for individuals and families have income and asset limits that households must be at or below to be considered eligible for a program. These limits are determined each year by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 2019 Maximum Income Limits for Housing Programs

Use the below maximum income limits for these programs: Down Payment Assistance Loan (repayment), General Housing Rehabilitation Loan (repayment), and Architectural Barrier Removal Program.
