Housing & Community InvestmentHousing assistance programs for individuals and families have income and asset limits that households must be at or below to be considered eligible for a program. These limits are determined each year by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Please contact Molly McElroy at molly.mcelroy@longmontcolorado.gov, or (303) 774-4648 if you have any questions about how the income and asset limits apply to your situation.
