About the Photo collection:
The Longmont Museum holds more than 12,000 photographs of Longmont and the surrounding area, from the 1860s to the present. This collection is made possible by the many people who have donated photographs since the Museum began collecting in 1936.
more than 3,000 photographs are now available online, with more photos added as time permits.
All the Museum’s photos are available for research at the Longmont Archives.

Prints are printed at a professional photo lab, allow 5 business days minimum for orders.
Standard scan $15 + tax
Custom scan $25 + tax
Standard scans are at least 600 dpi, and files are saved to CDs as .tif format. Because of larger file sizes, it is usually not possible to email high-resolution image files. We do use the file-sharing program Dropbox to share large files.
