Discovery Days is an early childhood program at the Longmont Museum that encourages children ages 2 - 6 and their parents/caregivers to engage together in educational, hands-on art activities. This is a drop-in program.
Homeschool Art Exploration
Tuesdays, January 23 - February 27, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm, ages 11 – 18, $120 (194146)
Homeschoolers: come create, have fun, imagine, and make a mess! Each week we will have a different learning objective. We will discover and use the elements of art and the principles of design. Some topics include techniques in drawing, acrylic, watercolor, printmaking, perspectives, and values. Register online
Spring Break Camps
Float Your Boat Camp
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday March 27, 28, and 29
9 am - 2 pm
Ages 8 - 12
Come have some creative, artsy, and active fun this Spring Break building your own toy boats. Activities include making toy boats and water-crafts, floating and racing our boats, creating artwork, making food crafts in the kitchen, outside fun, and more! Register online
Summer camp at the Museum is filled with adventure and fun! 2018 summer camp will be running full weeks between June 11 and August 3 with programs for children ages 3 - 18. Learn more and register
Preregistration is required if a registration code is given.
Register online, by phone or in person, or mail completed registration form to the Museum. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

To provide the best experience for everyone, all children must meet the age requirement at the start of the camp or class date. No exceptions.
If a child cannot attend a camp or class, cancellation must be made at least two weeks prior to the session start date for a full refund. Cancellations made one week prior to camp or class start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, cancellations made less than 1 week prior to camp start date are subject to a 75% cancellation fee. In the event the Museum cancels a camp or class, registration fees are refunded in full.
