The Longmont Museum is currently closed due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19. We may not be able to be together in person right now, but you can still stay connected to the Museum. Explore this virtual content that we've created for you, and check back often for even more!

Virtual Summer Camp: Kids will explore some of our most popular themes such as STEM, the Wild West, visual arts, survivalist tactics, pop-culture, fabric arts and sewing, movement and circus tricks, a wizard's school, and classic arts and crafts. Each camp will be held online in a secure meeting room with all the same enthusiasm from our instructors that you have experienced in the past.

Virtual Summer Concert Series: Stretch out and enjoy some tunes, from up-and-coming local bands to established regional and national musicians, in the cozy confines of your own home, backyard, or wherever you have access to Facebook! That’s right, we’ll be broadcasting LIVE from our acoustically wonderful Stewart Auditorium direct to your phone or computer on Thursday nights this summer.

Discovery Days @HOME: Videos that you and your family can watch and craft along with designed for ages 2-6 with an adult (just like Discovery Days), but older kids may enjoy them too. We are doing our very best to make crafts with supplies that we think most people might already have at home, so that you won't have to go buy anything new.

Online historic photo collection: Explore the Longmont Museum's historic collection online in this searchable database! We have more than 5,000 images you can explore that show what life was like in Longmont, CO throughout history.

360 virtual exhibition tours: Check out our 360 tours, which allow you to click to guide yourself through current and past exhibits, move your mouse to look around, and, in many cases, even read the labels. These are best viewed on a computer rather than a phone.

Thursday Nights @HOME: Facebook Live on Thursday nights at 7:30 pm featuring Art & Sip classes, live music, and conversations with curators and artists. Simply visit our Facebook page at this time to start streaming this live content.
