We are in complete agreement with the grand jury's finding that the officer not be indicted on criminal charges. We respect the process and greatly appreciate the grand jury's time and energy. We also take notice of those expectations the grand jury has of Longmont's Police Services.

Arrested party was booked into the Boulder County Jail and was charged with several crimes to include menacing, attempted motor vehicle theft, second degree burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and arrest warrants from two jurisdictions.
