CHAMP: Colorado Hazard Mapping Program


The Colorado Hazard Mapping Program (CHAMP) is remapping the 100-year and 500-year floodplains of creeks affected in 2013, including the St. Vrain Creek. Read about the St. Vrain Watershed Risk Mapping Assessment and Planning effort >

Boulder County Open Space is responsible for reconstruction in unincorporated areas west of Longmont. However, the City of Longmont is coordinating with Boulder County to ensure breached areas from the September 2013 flood are included in the county's design plans.
