Municipal Probation

The Longmont Municipal Probation is a division of the Longmont Judicial Department. Probation supervises and monitors both adult and juvenile offenders.

 

Among the many services provided includes the supervision and monitoring of probationers, pre-sentence investigations, assessment for services and treatment options, the Longmont Juvenile Community Service program, restorative justice programs, outside referrals for local and state resources, restitution investigation for victims, and Project R.E.W.i.N.D.

Please plan to arrive early for your court date. Multiple construction projects are currently taking place at and around our Safety & Justice Center which is affecting parking. Building access is through the Northwest Entrance.   Please plan accordingly and leave any prohibited items, including electronic recording devices and cellular phones, in your vehicle.

PHASE 1 – NW Parking Lot Closed to Build Retaining Walls, Handicapped Spaces Available – Dates TBD – January 2026

 

 

Building access is through the Northwest Entrance where there is only handicapped parking at this time. We ask that you plan to park in the lot east of the building accessible from Emery Street or any available street parking. PHASE 2 – NW Parking Lot Closed including Handicapped Spaces – Dates, Shuttle Availability, and Map TBD

 

Building access is through the Northwest Entrance. We ask that you plan to park in the lot east of the building accessible from Emery Street or any available street parking. Follow the signs to the NW Entrance, allowing extra time to get into the building. Limited handicapped parking is available along Kimbark Street south of 3rd Avenue. Via Mobility will be providing continuous shuttle services from the Hotel Longmont First Floor Parking Garage, 3XX Kimbark Street, Tuesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am.

Rehabilitation and Support

Our office offers a variety of rehabilitation programs and support services designed to aid probationers in their reintegration into the community. These include educational and employment resources, counseling services, and partnerships with community organizations. We strive to provide the tools and support needed for probationers to lead successful, law-abiding lives.
