Beginning August 1, the street may reopen after 5 pm on weekdays and on weekends. Additionally, 3rd Ave. will be closed between Main and Emery on Saturday, July 26. The north sidewalk on 3rd Ave. (from Kimbark to the alley east of Main) will remain closed from July 25 to August 8.
• [7/3/2025] Traffic on 3rd Avenue between Emery and Main will be reduced to one lane each way starting Monday, July 7 at 11 pm for about 7 hours. Parking (and the sidewalk) on the north side will be closed between the alley east of Main and Emery (parking) and Kimbark (sidewalk).

Local traffic will be able to travel as far south as the northern-most access to the parking lot located south of the Development Services Center.

• [7/11/2024] 300 W and 400 E alley maintenance work will begin July 15 and last 1-2 weeks. 300 West alley work is on the north end only, while 400 East alley work is on the South end only.
