Ready to go from conversation to action, together, to end the risk of violence in Longmont with safety AND respect?  Join us on February 27 at the Longmont Museum for this second conversation on community action planning led by leaders from Longmont’s faith community and supported by the City of Longmont.

Four themes emerged from the first community conversation which was held on September 12:

  • Violence in the culture as a root cause of lethal behavior
  • Mental health
  • Education
  • Roles and responsibilities of local, county, state and federal organizations

Participation in this conversation is limited to the first 150 Longmont residents who register.
