Please call for availability of rental times at 303-651-8404. Reservations must be made in person at the St Vrain Memorial Building at 700 Longs Peak Ave. Contract signatures are required.  


Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $55 per hour for Longmont residents / $68.75 per hour for non-residents
4-hour minimum reservation

$200 building deposit required at time of reservation


  • Maximum Capacity 95 people
  • Tables included are, (11) 6' x 2'7" (6) 8' x 2'7" and 12- 6' round.  Approximately 72 chairs.
  • Refrigerator and Microwave
  • No Smoking - No Alcohol, No Live Bands, No amplified sound (i.e. DJ), all City noise ordinances must be adhered to. Music must be off by 10 pm.
  • The facility key may be picked up within two business days prior to the rental.
  • Recreation Services may provide a building attendant on Friday evening and weekend rentals.
  • Parking spaces are not guaranteed, as they are shared by users of the St. Vrain Greenway.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All rentals must end by 10 pm
  2. Alcohol is not allowed in or on City property. This includes the parking lot and park area. Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Decorations are permitted as long as they are not attached to permanent fixtures (walls, windows, woodwork, ceiling) must comply with the City Fire Code. All decorations must be removed at completion of rental (balloons included). No lit candles or confetti allowed. Reservations must be made my an adult, 18 years and older.
  3. The Recreation Center Supervisor is responsible for determining whether a building attendant is required, based on customer service needs and safety of the building including but not limited to; Nature of the rental and potential for damage, availability of a building attendant and rentals between 6 pm and 10 pm.
  4. The facility and its contents must be left in a clean, properly functioning and orderly condition upon completion of use. Please empty all trash and sweep the floor, wipe down tables and kitchen area.
  5. The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs and must be in their rental time frame or extra hourly fees will apply.

Refund Policy

  • A $5 processing fee is charged for all rental cancellations.
  • If you cancel seven days prior to your event you will receive your fee paid less $5.
  • If you cancel less then seven days to your planned event you will receive 1/2 your fee paid, and less $5.
