The City of Longmont Recreation Services offers a wide range of fitness and wellness programs including water fitness and aerobic classes, land fitness and aerobic classes, yoga classes, personal training and fitness assessments. Fitness and wellness classes are offered at four sites year-round:
- Longmont Recreation Center, 310 Quail Road
- St Vrain Memorial Building, 700 Longs Peak Ave.
- Centennial Pool, 1201 Alpine St.
- Izaak Walton Clubhouse, 18 S. Sunset St.

Longmont Recreation Services offers one-on-one personal training for individuals who are just starting to exercise, who have specific training goals in mind, or who are looking to shake up their workout routine. Stop in to talk to a personal trainer about fitness questions that pertain to your goals! Patrons pay daily admittance fee. There is no additional fee for the consult.
