How to Register For an Online Account
With an online account you can view your utility bill, pay your utility bill, and transfer or disconnect your utility services. Before you begin, you will need your customer number from your utility billing statement in order to register.
Residential customers also must have their Social Security number on file with Utility Billing Customer Service in order to register.
Commercial customers should call Utility Billing at (303) 651-8664 and give staff a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) to register.
If you are signing up to view your utility information for the first time, you may also be asked to download the most current version of Java. Please accept that message if it appears on your screen during the registration process.
You will be required to provide your email address in order to complete registration. This is to give us the ability to send your password to you via email if you forget it and so that we can contact you if we have questions regarding information you have sent to us.
Successful registration will result in the following message:

Online Information Available To You
After you register you will be able to access your own utility account information with the City of Longmont, make payments to your utility account, and request that service be transferred or disconnected.
Basic account access includes information about what you owe the City, what payments you have made, and information about your water and electric usage at both your current address and other Longmont addresses where you have lived in the last several years.
After you have registered, you can make payments with a credit or debit card and can transfer and disconnect service online.
You can get help for all fields by clicking on the "?" at the upper right corner of your screen for each view of your account.
Forgot your User ID or Password?
If you forget your password and click on the "Forgot your password?" function, your password will be emailed to you immediately at the email address on your registration form.
(To retrieve this information, you will need to know the "secret question and answer" that you chose as a part of the registration process, so keep a record of that information).
You will be prompted to enter in your unique User ID.
Then you will be prompted to enter in the answer to your "Secret Question" that you provided us when you created your account.
User ID Does Not Exist?
An incorrect user id or a user id is not registered for online account access will result in the following message:

If you forget your user id and click on the "Forgot your user id?" function, your user id will be emailed to you immediately at the email address on your registration form. You will need your customer number from your billing statement.
